• the form and terms of payment are set individually,
• VAT invoices are issued for all goods and services,
• delivery of products is insured - the delivery cost is calculated idividually and incuded in the offer.

Generally, we handle all matters related to the order, in particular the transfer of materials and acceptance, by the Internet (e-mail, ftp, Skype). We sign "paper" documents in case of works of high value or if it is a formal requirement of the purchaser.
