PDF
The best form of submitting projects for print are pdf files. These files should include high-resolution bitmaps (preferably 300 dpi). Elements such as text and logos, if possible, should remain in a vector form. All objects should be in CMYK color mode and if necessary Pantone colors (after agreeing).

We also accept files other than PDF. Note the comments about preparing projects in CorelDraw and MSWord below.

 CDR
Designing in CorelDraw, observe the following rules:

• effects such as shadows, transparency, etc., should be turned into high resolution bitmaps,
• do not insert bitmaps with transparency and/or limited by boundaries; it is best to adjust bitmaps in the programme for their treatment and put flattened into a cdr document,
• convert all fonts to curves (or send us all the fonts' files used in the project),
• check if the white objects are not given the attribute "overprint",
• check if all objects are in the CMYK colour mode,
• prior to shipment save the file in version 13 or lower and pack it (zip, rar).

 DOC
We use Word files only in exceptional situations, especially when printing multi-page documents containing large amounts of text, tabular data, etc. Most often these are situations when recomposition in DTP programme would be very time-consuming. Therefore preparing documents for printing, you should:

• set the page size, margins and font size,
• use commonly available fonts (Arial, Times),
• avoid decorating the fonts with special effects,
• remember that work given in the text file can be printed in one colour (eg black).

Experience shows that the use of the appropriate colour profiles in the process of drafting provides good colour reproduction in print. In case of offset printing it is „Coated Fogra 39 (ISO 12647-2):2004“. If in doubt as to the final outcome, or requiring very precise colour reproduction it is necessary to give us a proof or accept the proof made by us.

We offer all necessary assistance needed for proper preparation of production files to people who do not usually deal with printing production. Among other things, we check correctness of the submitted work, paying attention to the most common mistakes, send previews after RIP to verify, in case of more comlicated finishing products we make mockups for acceptance.
